With the 2-3 times daily intake of vertebene® disc capsules you supply your discs with all necessary ingredients to build-up and maintain the functions of your spinal discs and vertebrae (spine). Optimize the effect with the aid of 6 selected exercises. You strengthen your skeletal system (brace) and increase the flexibility of your spine - and without much effort. Please take 5 minutes daily to complete the exercises in the order of 1-6 as described. You will feel the difference - 30 days for more well-being!

At present we only have our German version of the vertebene disc capsules exercise video, however you may follow the exercises in English with the accompanying instructions explained below.





Übung1 Exercise 1
Lie flat on your back. Flex your abs
for 5 seconds to contract your belly. Repeat 5 times.
Übung1 Exercise 2
From the bench position lift the right leg and left arm into a horizontal position. Look down. Tip of the toes pointing down. Hold this position for 3 seconds. Switch. Now lift the left leg and right arm and hold for 3 seconds.
Repeat 5 times.
Übung1 Exercise 3
Lie on your back. Raise your legs keeping the feet flat on the floor and place your arms next to your body.
Now lift the pelvis and hold this
position for five seconds.
Repeat 5 times.
Übung1 Exercise 4

In bench position place arms in shoulder width on the floor. Keep spine horizontal and contract your abs/belly. Now press the chin onto your chest
and arch your back like a cat.
Hold this position for 5 seconds.
Repeat 5 times.

Übung1 Exercise 5
Bend upper body and stretch arms forward in a 90 degree angle (height
of your waist). Look down and keep a horizontal position (no hollow back). Hold this position for 5 seconds.
Repeat 5 times.
Übung1 Exercise 6
Sit on a chair with soles of the feet fully touching the floor. By flexing your abs contract your belly while keeping a straight posture (no hollow back).
Hold this position for 5 seconds.
Repeat 5 times.
